The brief
A 300 sq yd residence in Hargobind Enclave, Delhi — a substantial home that needed a full interior transformation. The brief called for reworking the entire experience without touching the base structure.
The challenge
- Transforming an existing home into a coherent contemporary space. New layouts, new finishes, new services — but the same shell.
- Coordinating scope across a large home. Living, dining, four bedrooms, kitchen, service areas, and terraces — one material language across all of them.
- Custom joinery at scale. Wardrobes, kitchen, vanities, TV units, bookshelves — designed and built for the specific layouts.

- Custom joinery fabricated off-site. Reduced site time and improved finish quality — joinery installed as modules.
