The brief
An existing commercial building in Naraina, Delhi — a working space that needed a full refresh across two floors: updated layouts, MEP systems, and finishes appropriate to a client-facing commercial environment.
The challenge
- Minimising business disruption. Commercial renovations have to be sequenced around operations — every day of shutdown has a cost.
- Upgrading services inside an existing envelope. New electrical loads, HVAC, and layouts routed through existing shafts and slabs.
- Two-floor coordination. Vertical circulation, service risers, and finishing sequenced so both floors reopened together.
Our approach
- Phased renovation plan. Trades and floors sequenced so critical operations continued where possible.
- MEP upgrades planned early. Electrical, lighting, and HVAC redesigned as part of the drawing set, not left to site.
