ATS Le Grandiose — a 4BHK luxury interior fit-out.

The brief

A newly-handed-over 4BHK on the 19th floor of ATS Le Grandiose, Sector 150 — a bare-shell flat that needed to become a fully-finished, family-ready home with a design language coherent from entry to master bedroom.

The challenge

• 19th-floor logistics. Material lift schedules, joinery movement, and finish deliveries all had to be sequenced around a shared building lift.
• Finish-level detail without altering base structure. Every custom element had to work with the developer's existing plumbing risers, electrical shafts, and slab depths.
• Coherent design across four bedrooms and public areas. One material palette, disciplined joinery language, no rooms feeling like afterthoughts.

Our approach

• Material lock before mobilisation. All finishes, joinery specs, and fixtures confirmed at drawing stage — nothing selected on site.
• Custom joinery fabricated off-site. Wardrobes, kitchen, TV units, and vanities built in the workshop and installed as modules, minimising on-site downtime.
• MEP alignment. Lighting circuits, HVAC vents, and plumbing points coordinated with the ceiling and joinery drawings so nothing was cut or reworked after finishing.
• Single-point accountability. One team from concept to handover — no separate interior contractor, no coordination gaps.
